Having moved to Canberra from London, nearly 10 years ago, this British born Pakistani, living in Australia, grew up with the sounds of Drum n Bass, 2 Step Garage, and the Spice Girls. Discovering House music, and decided that he wanted to be a DJ when he was 12, lack of funds meant that he purchased his first pair of turntables when he 18. All was not lost however, as from his passion for music, he discovered that he could produce his own music using nothing but his computer. Saad spent five years refining his sound, stepping up the level of seriousness once he began to DJ, the dancefloor being an ideal outlet for his sounds and songs.
After discovering 'Body Language Volume 1',Get Physical Records, and Booka Shade, Saad had found his new favourite music; German, and to this day, his idols are Booka Shade, who he was lucky enough to meet and befriend earlier this year. Despite loving some of the glitchy minimal stuff, Saad's heart is still firmly set on the dancefloor, and big party tunes, with great sounds and great melodies that work on more than one level.
